The property could use some remodeling but it is in a great location, very close to downtown and most importantly the room and bathroom were clean. If you value customer service ahead of fancy, then this is your place. I can not say enough how wonderful the staff at this property were to me and my sister during our visit this weekend! The women at the front desk were AMAZING, as well as the bartender, they were all welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. The hot breakfast was also delicious...even better than the popular diner spots downtown. Customer service here is top notch...right up there with a 5 star hotel...keep up the fantastic work, I intend to return very soon!

Very convenient location - close to town and SPAC / park. Staff was able to change room when we checked in ✅️ Breakfast looked meh, walked into town for such... coffee was great. Rooms were nice and clean. Liked bed light, would be nice to have it on both sides of bed.

Everything was cool I understand the whole. Construction part .. the fact that they are pet friendly is awesome 👌🏼.. bartender Christine was the best.. we loved her .. the only thing I was a lil down withnwas the pool are definitely needs more maintenance and cleaning..otherwise we enjoyed our stay .

Very unsatisfied. Was given a room where the AC was not working, which maintenance seemed to know since there was a fan placed in the room. Called the front desk and they brought up a window AC and said I would receive $150 back since our room was 85 degrees for hours until the window AC started to work. 2 weeks later and no refund. Called back and they said they cannot offer me a refund since I booked through a third party. I explained that a manager said that he would refund it despite this. The front desk said they can't help me or offer me a refund. There was no resolution to this but then saying sorry. After pay $250 for a room with no working AC when it is 90 out, I expected some type of compensation. However, I was met with a "sorry about your luck" response. Very unsatisfied with the lack of resolution to this problem.
