I just called to ask a quick question about needing a permit to have an event and both ladies I talked to were rude. Both seemed very pushy. Your customer service staff need some work.

Why would the borough of Ephrata water department disconnect the wire to my water meter??? I still have water, my bills are always paid on time. How will my meter be read now ?
