I don't know anyone that pays $35 for cable. The cable wires have gotten a lot thicker over the decades. The coax went from 13 to 36 to 125 to 674369 channels of quality content. Don't forget the excise tax, franchise fees, quiznos subs, pfizer lacrosse kit, and boboli pizza sauce

Just went on line (with my phone Verizon) and found out the is outages in Ephrata,Clay,Lititz and many more area's Great this is why I switched to cable my Dish network was very bad.

Usually you can reset your router by removing the power and the cable connection for a whole minute. Then plug them back in. If that doesn't work you should do the same thing with the modem. If still doesn't work you'll need to call blue ridge.

Your wifi password would have been set up when your router was installed. I don't think it would be in the modem box it might be on the side of the router, but that's unlikely.

Im not exactly sure what your asking. If you are asking if they will give you free cable or a discount for low income families the answer is no. They do however always have deals for new customers.
