We have attended several events at The Hertzog Homestead and have been impressed with it each time. These events included a wedding, fund raisers and a private catered dinner for a group of friends. Kristen was very attentive to our needs and responded promptly when we had any questions. The property is maintained very well and it feels like your home away from home. We just booked another stay for this winter and we are counting down the days until we get there!

The Hertzog family is the ninth generation from an unbroken family bloodline to live on this historic property, since 1786! Hertzog Homestead sponsors and hosts the Hope For Haiti benefit auction, our 501C3 nonprofit organization, annually on the the third Saturday each May. This event is open to the public and all funds raised go towards educational and business training projects and programs in the country of Haiti.
