They had given me good prices in the past. This time around, I should have been more assertive with them about service that they failed to perform after I mentioned it to the mechanic that worked on my bike about 5 times when I brought my folding bike in. It was just for him to install cable housing someplace that my cables were bare and getting dirty. It was the main reason I brought my bike in, after my housing was dirty, plus to clean/straighten my rotors to get my brakes working well. The manager was saying that I was just commuting with it and that I could buy some fenders through them instead. Fenders get in the way of my bikerafting and rattle during my bikerafting tours. I live and tour on my bikes fulltime. I dont even have a house; I just tour. But I often get treated like a dummy at bike shops like this because I am soft spoken and dont ride the expensive sporty bikes they think I should ride. So if your like me, be careful with these guys and perhaps give them a written list of services, I guess.

Incredible experience! Traveling from out of state, I needed a repair that I didn’t have the tools or time to do. Brought my bike into the shop, Michael fixed my bike while I waited! Fantastic customer service, great knowledge of local trails, exceptional bike repair, good prices. Will come back in a heart beat. I highly recommend this bike shop!
