Bad/lack of communication with me when I asked if a used tire of $35 could be a little cheaper. He walked over to spoke with someone. During that time two individuals asked if I needed help. I let them know that someone was helping me and checking on a price. One of them let me know in a stern voice that the price would not be any cheaper. He makes the prices.and walked off. Eventually the first person came back and started to take off the front wheels and tires. Not one word to me about price. After he was done he showed me to the office to pay. The total $70. I let the person charging me know that I asked to lower the price and what happened. If I would have known/been informed that the price would not change I would have gone somewhere else. All he said that prices are going up. We are hold6them back as much as possible. I reminded him that the person that I was speaking with could have let me know that first. No communication. I was going to tip him but not like that. He said next time. I don't think so. And I have been coming here for over 20 years. Customer service is gone. Sorry to say.
