The Lehi branch at mountain America is fantastic. I never have to wait very long, and the workers are also friendly and knowledgeable. We have done a lot of business there and I would recommend it!

Full of promises, short on delivery of the promises. Lehi is the worst branch I have dealt with. Plan on going in at least 3 times to get something done. Won’t answer phone calls or return phone calls. If you actually need service go to another bank or credit union.

A motorcycle tithe was lost in their system The assistant branch manager was very helpful, but she needed to reach out to the branch manager, I still have not heard back from him.
