Went for my sister's birthday dinner and kind of regret taking her there. The "warm" food from the salad bar was cold and stale. The meats were good though and only reason I'm giving it 3 stars. Andrea who I believe is supposed to be a manager, was very unwelcoming. Had a bad attitude from the start and rushed me to order a drink (I was waiting for the rest of my party to arrive to order) Once I did order she rolled her eyes at me and gave such a nasty attitude. The rest of the workers, however, were very nice. Will not go back due to Andrea's terrible service and attitude.

Run like a true Brazilian steakhouse. They keep different cuts off meat coming and really fast. This place is a better bang for the buck than other Brazilian steakhouses.

Went there on my birthday to celebrate it with family and friends. The food is amazing and the place is well kept, so overall the experience was great for us. The only reason I’m not giving be five stars is due to the service (or lack thereof) we had on October 22nd. Andrea was our server and yet not one single time she came to our table to ask if we needed something. I had to ask for another girl (Isabella, who is by far the best server there), to help us and she did! Andrea only came to give the check and for this reason we did not tip a service that was not provided. Braza Grill is great, but not all servers are good.

Mediocre food. I could cook better at home for this price. They charged tips twice. Tucanos in Provo is better.
