I’ve been with Vic off and on for years. Traditionally, service has been great, and I’ve only left because prices elsewhere were simply too good to pass up. Likewise, competitive pricing also brought me back. Recently, my experience has not been so good. I called last week to inquire about a 25% increase to my auto premium. During the discussion, I also inquired about the policy for my recently acquired motorcycle as I didn’t see that reflected din my app. While speaking with the assistant who answered the phone, I received the news that the motorcycle policy was never implemented, and as such, I’d been riding uninsured for two months! I was also told my situation would require an agent to assist, that none were currently available, and one would call me back as soon as possible. No one called that day, so I called back the next day. I received the same story and the same promise of a callback. That callback didn’t occur, either. At this point, I’m shopping for new insurance. I’m upset that the motorcycle was never added as well as the fact that multiple calls haven’t been able to resolve my issues. There are plenty of options when it comes to insurance, so if Vic Hillman State Farm doesn’t want my money, another agency will. Your mileage may vary….

Super helpful and consultative. Sometimes getting insurance figured out can leave you feeling uncertain or that the experience was less than personal… but they do a really good job answering questions and helping out. 👍🏻 Definitely recommend 👍🏻
