I came to get my hair straightened because I was going on vacation the following day, the owner did my hair before and it looked good, so that's why I returned. When I came in I was happy and I asked them to detangle my hair first, so she tells her daughter to do it, her daughter proceeds to detangle my hair in a very rough and careless way, so I ask for the comb and sat there and detangled it myself. Then she washed and conditioned my hair and began combing again and I couldn't take the pain, I asked why her mother (owner) couldn't do my hair like last time, and she throws the comb in the sink and starts yelling in Spanish at her mother, then her mother combs over and I told them I can just leave because I don't have time for all of this drama, I still needed to find somewhere else to get my hair done before it was too late. Her daughter continues arguing with me until the owner/mother tells her (in Spanish) that "I don't understand" and calls me (punta). I let her finish burning my hair because I felt like I had no other options so late in the day, I realized after my hair was straight that it smelled burnt, also my hair isn't curling back up like usual, idk what that means but I've never had this experience anywhere else in my life, im sorry but I actually came here in good spirits and I left there so bummed out.
