I went to this place to get an appointment, they told me that walk-in was on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Management ask what did I want done I told them that I want a weave. I’m not familiar with hair I been wearing a boy cut for 25 plus years. Anywho she told me to bring my hair and 50 dollars.and to be here at 9. I did just that only to get 75 percent through my appointment for her to tell me I had to pay 145 dollars because I got 27 piece with a cut. I was shocked and speechless. She didn’t care for the breakdown in communication, she didn’t apologize for quoting me 50 dollars and she really didn’t care weather I had the money or not. This was bad business. However the stylist was amazing and did an excellent job not 145 good but she did good. I felt cheated and taken advantage of. I would never go back or send anyone to that establishment

I’ve decided to stop in and check the atmosphere out because I have heard so many mixed reviews on this place. I walked in Ian spoke to a young lady by the name of China as I am inquiring about the services ,a stylus name Melissa is giving me dirty looks. Because of this ignorance I would never use their services. Know how to conduct yourself professionally in all cases. I simply was someone new to the experience and was looking for answers. Not deserving of dirty luxe because I’m asking questions. They got 2 stars because the Miss China was super helpful and polite. Thank you young lady.

75$ and up and make sure you wash your hair before you come. They charge for washing hair and taking it out. And they have credit card machine
