I’ve dealt with Doug Smith before from my mom buying 2 cars now through them. So when I wanted a new car, I decided to give it a shot. I had nothing short of a great time and was treated with the utmost respect, considering it’s a dealership. Usually I’ve had to deal with being talked down to because I’m a woman. Zach took care of all of my concerns and walked me though almost every car on the lot that fit my ideas. Then the team inside made it a super smooth transition. I’m very happy with my new Jeep, and will go to Doug Smith next time I decide I want a new one.
