Embarrassing how poor the service experience was at this dealership. I set up an appointment for two safety recalls that I had been contacted about. Also got my "free" oil change from when I purchased the vehicle. Drove 45 minutes to the appointment (my wife did as well as they had no loaners). Had the truck all day and didn't fix either recall item (said they had to order parts - didn't they know this before?). Didn't do the one service I agreed to from the MANY they tried to push on me. Asked them to cover a clear warranty related item (yes the vehicle has less than 20,000 miles) and they took all day going back and forth with Ford and finally said it wasn't covered. Really wished I would have stayed with Toyota - never a service or coverage issue. I would stay away from these guys!

Such a scam. Read this whole review. Tim Dahle offers a forever warranty, which is nice, but you have to service it at a Tim Dahle location or it voids the warranty. Some things I am able to have done at the Tim Dahle Nissan near my house, but other things I have to drive to the Ford dealership in Spanish Fork to have done. I live an hour away. I recently took my car to Spanish Fork for some shifting issues, and they said they reset some codes and fixed it, but it wasn’t fixed. This past weekend I took my vehicle back in to Spanish Fork, and they told me they would need it for 3-4 days this time, which they hadn’t told me before. They didn’t have a rental that would accommodate my family size, so I had to reschedule for a future date and then drive back home. I feel like that should have been discussed when I made the appointment. Instead I wasted two hours of my day. Then I rescheduled, took it in, and they told me I needed a new transmission. They said it should be covered under their forever warranty, but that I would have to upfront the rental and then be reimbursed after they finished the transmission breakdown. I paid for that rental, then scheduled another rental for while they replaced the transmission. After having my car a couple days the next time, they called me and said they had made a mistake, actually my car was fine, and that I didn’t need a new transmission. And that they wouldn’t pay for the rentals because nothing was wrong with my transmission. Meanwhile, my car continues to have issues, but I don’t have the time or money to keep doing this. And I can’t take it to my regular mechanic, because they hold you hostage to voiding your warranty if you do that. I would never, ever buy a car from Tim Dahle again.

What waste of time I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance was told they would fix it that day turns out it was only an appointment to get the keys from me and would take them 2 days to tell me what I already knew go somewhere else that actually cares

I had to wait two weeks to get an appointment, told the person over the phone that it was leaking coolant. She made the appointment on a Friday for a diagnostic, I get there and they tell me my appointment is only to check-in the truck and they will not have time to do the diagnostic until next week. Basically my truck was in their shop for six days and they left me without a car for that many days!! They said they didn’t have any cars for me to borrow! I just purchased a Ford truck, so this was my first time at this dealership and was really disappointed with the service. Dakota was nice enough to schedule a Lyft to take me home and pick me up when the truck was ready, but leaving a customer without a car for six days is upsetting! I spent over $2,000 to get this coolant issue fixed!
