This place is a joke! There is definitely something shady going on here! I’ve been trying to pull my retirement funds for 2 months now! They are a 3rd party to my actual benefit company. Sometimes when I call they have no record of me in their system or “can’t find me” based off the info I give them. Other times they are “waiting on a final signature”. The process that was supposed to take 5-7 business days is at exactly 2 months now!! Odd too, that I am out almost 2k because of how much the market has fluctuated since I initiated this request and now!!! Do everything you can to avoid this company!! They are not trustworthy!!

This company does everything in their power to not pay out on your medical expenses. It’s my money and I have to pull teeth to get it. I have never dealt with such incompetent clowns.

I don't have the energy to write all the ways this place is terrible. Most recent example is I transferred over $4500. It withdrew from HSA, and never showed up in new account. They basically said oops we've been having issues with that. What would have happened to that money if I hadn't called?
