Wow! I’m excited about this place! So far the staff and Dr Shields have been amazing to work with. They answer all your question and I have lot. They make you feel comfortable and really care about your needs. I just had my first visit and was sent for tests I am looking forward to getting my health back! It just felt great to be able to finally state my symptoms and have a Dr listen to my concerns. I explained my symptoms he was right on target with what could possibly be going on. A lot of what I was thinking but the standard Dr in the field have yet to listen or even think of. Thank You!

Terrific group of people working here with one goal in mind: to help you heal. I first met Dr. Paris for a consultation, gathered some helpful info, and decided to try a place closer to home that's less expensive. After my first visit at the other clinic, I walked right out, parked my car under a shaded tree and called Integrative Wellness to schedule ASAP. I couldn't wait to get home to do this. There really is no comparison to the level of care, knowledge, attention, and guidance you will get from them. If you are debating starting care here because of the expense (which wasn't easy for me to do either!) it may help to consider this: maybe you wouldn't think twice about a high monthly car payment, so why question it about your health? You're worth it. They will recommend testing, give you a thorough analysis of the tests, connect you with a nutritionist (the amazing Rachel) to help you start healing through better food choices, and gradually make adjustments to your supplement plan. Healing the gut is truly the key to healing all else. On my first visit to the clinic I remember thinking about how far the parking seemed from the front door and how every step felt like a chore to get there. Three weeks later when I returned, I felt like I floated in with ease. It's incredible how well you will feel in just a short time if you follow the recommendations and stick with it. It wasn't easy, but once you have a whole new list of "go to" meals lined up, you won't stress about what to eat any more and will actually enjoy cooking more, knowing that you are nourishing yourself and healing. You will learn a lot from the testing. Once you eliminate everything your food sensitivities test reveals, you will get a boost of energy like no other! I thought I was eating very healthy before and couldn't understand why everything still felt wrong (kale, spinach, eggs, legumes, nuts, almond butter, even lemon!) but it turns out my body was having a high inflammatory reaction to these "healthy" foods. You'll discover the importance of variety in meal planning and Rachel will be there to support you through it. I used to come home from work and feel exhausted, but now I keep moving and getting things done without ever plopping down on the sofa. I feel motivated to get outside and do more. If you hate exercise, this is the perfect plan for you because they never push that on you -- they understand it starts with internal healing and that alone will motivate you to move more. Very highly recommended!! Update: Since starting at IWC three years ago, I have encouraged my family and friends to experience it for themselves. They were inspired by my results, which I have maintained long-term with the continued care and support of Dr. Paris. My parents, who are in their seventies now, have also drastically improved their health. No longer suffering from severe allergies, my Mom can finally spend more time outdoors and tolerate scents without experiencing harsh side-effects. My father managed to drop his A1C from dangerously high levels, eliminating diabetes for the past two years, much to the amazement of his PCP and cardiologist. He has reversed many of the factors leading to heart and kidney disease by making his health a priority after years of poor habits, proving it is never too late to turn your health around. My parents now have more energy to play with their grandchildren than my brothers do! If you have concerns that the results may be short-term, they are not. You don't have to be a perfectionist about it. Your motivation will come from the improvements you feel and better habits you develop. IWC does not treat the symptoms, as conventional medicine typically does. They treat the underlying causes and help you build a stronger immune system to continue warding off disease.
