My niece and nephew stay here with their two boys. The rooms a big and there is a heated pool to swim in. The lobby has a huge hang-out area and big breakfast bar and dining room. The lobby also is stocked with food, snacks, and drinks you can purchase from the receptionist...including adult beverages. Very nice touch!

Upon arrival we were given a room that smelled like an ashtray. We immediately called down and asked to be moved. As soon as I approached the front desk for the new keys the woman who had checked us in said she was embarrassed that there had been a guy in the first room a few weeks prior who was a chain smoker and everyone had returned that room ever since. Therefore she upgraded us for free. I then find out this morning that they've charged me a smoking fee. Not only do I not smoke but I had returned that room. When I called the hotel the woman who answered and the director both said they knew nothing about that room which I find impossible since the girl that checked me in said 'everybody' had been returning that room for 'weeks' If this has been going on for weeks and the 'director 'doesn't know anything about it. . . . I wonder how many people they are randomly charging the cards of .

Loved the room and the area Great place to stay, my only problem I had is at night the neighbors bellow me partied all night, we didn't complain about it because its probably Spring break and they are having fun(I was a high school kid wanting to party before) But middle of the day at 12pm I get a call from the front desk saying that my kid who is 2 is being too loud and the guest bellow me complained, you are at a hotel middle of the day people are gonna be awake, it is not my fault yall wanted to stay up all night and party. And from being a member of the comfort inn kinda made me upset. I get people come here to sleep sometimes but in the middle of the day, you're gonna have kids and family's quiet time was 9:30-6 so after 6 people are gonna be waking up and getting ready for their day.

I stayed at this hotel on 2/22/22-2/23/22. I am a travel nurse. I worked a 16 hour shift from 3pm-7am and had to be back to work at 7pm. I booked a room so I could sleep for a few hours before working my next shift. I called to see if I could check-in earlier than 3pm. The front desk employee said that I could. That was great. The check-in process was simple and quick. My room was clean and spacious. Here is the reason I only gave the hotel 3 stars: As soon as I got into my room, I heard dogs barking. The room next to mine had a couple dogs and they barked and barked and barked. I love animals but try falling asleep with dogs barking continuously. I didn't complain to the front desk because I didn't want the dogs and their owners to have to leave. When I checked in, I did tell the front desk that I was there to sleep. I don't think they should have put me in a room next to barking dogs. And I know that the front desk could hear them because the rooms were right past the swimming pool.
