Great staff. Special shout out to Nate on the sales team, outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this dealership! Bought a van and couldn't be happier with not only the vehicle but everyone walking me through step by step in my first purchase.

Leased my car there. This time brought my friend, she bought a new car. The entire Williams' team are professional, knowledgeable, caring, & makes sure you are 100% satisfied.

I will never buy another vehicle or have another vehicle serviced by the Williams family of dealerships. I bought a 13 Kia with a warranty that I paid $2000 for a year after they stopped selling Kia's. Not only has my warranty not covered things, but when my transmission went less than a year after purchase I had to email the owner's son before getting the help I needed. After trying to update my hybrid with an update that should have been covered under a recall and charging me I decide that the way I was being treated wasn't fair and I emailed Dalton Williams. THEY offered me my money back from the work that they had done, I never asked for anything other than for them to fix my car. After dealing with this for quite a while, Patrick Whited called and said since they weren't a dealership for Kia that they would never be able to help me with it and that he would like to get me in to a different car. He called an hour or so later to tell me that he wasn't going to do that and that he wanted to set up an appointment with a Kia dealership. He told me he would call me back with an appointment date. I didn't hear anything from him so I stopped in several days later to ask him about it. He asked if I stopped in to get a loaner. I said no, I didn't think I was going to get one. This was November 8th 2018. My car didn't get to Mathew's Kia (who I will be doing all business with in the future) until December 5th. Patrick's story changes so much that he has stated that it went up sooner than that and that it didn't go up until that date because that's when the appointment was scheduled, which is a lie in itself because I received an email from Mathews that my appointment was set for November 19th because my car was already in their system with my email. Patrick then told me that he wanted to get my car fixed and then see about getting me in to something else even though I bought the car from the Ford dealership down the street because "Williams is a family of dealerships and I'd be taken care of no matter where I go". I just left his office to discuss this with him where I was called a liar several times and told to "go talk to the manager of the place I actually bought the car from" who isn't in today. I'm done. I'll drive this and hope nothing else major goes wrong before I pay it off. I hope this is a lesson to you. If you feel they will treat you right, at least buy a new car from them that they have a dealership with so when it takes a turn for the worse you have that brand to fall back on as well.

Well, you would probably have to get in touch with the dealership to understand what they consider to be 'fair credit people' and what vehicles they would have for such people.
