Unfortunately had the worst experience in regards to customer service ever this morning. We have recently had a new born and in the midst of a global pandemic, we have had to use Amazon to order all of the breast pumping, clothing, and care items for our son. It’s difficult to size these items so we had to order additional sizes and try them before returning what didn’t work. This has been going on for a month. We returned the surplus of extras today and the attendant felt no problem with shaming my wife for trying to be a good mom to our child. He told her we were taking advantage of the returns, that Amazon was going to cancel our account, and even felt he could tell us what we were doing was wrong. Even after my wife explained we have a new born and can’t go to the store or lactation consultant for sizing, the attendant continued to have contempt and disdain for us. Even admonishing us in front of other customers. I hope he never has to experience this kind of public shaming but I think it was more that he would have to do some actual work on Saturday morning was his problem. Needless to say, I’ll take my business elsewhere even if I have to drive out of my way.

Joe Murrelle Press Inc. in downtown Sayre is a much better place if you need anything paper or copy-related---much cheaper with friendly knowledgeable employees. Also the post office in Sayre, and the Fed EX located inside of Big Foote's Sporting Goods on Broad st. in Waverly are much cheaper places to ship any size package to anywhere in the world with friendly helpful staff. I ship A LOT of stuff and I used to compare prices between UPS, USPS, and FED EX but eventually I stopped checking UPS because they were ALWAYS the most expensive option. I don't know why anyone would ever go to UPS for anything, unless it was the only option. Even the tape they sell is outrageously priced. The staff are a clique of 3 or 4 guys and they are all officious unprofessionals who act like they are hanging out in their friend's basement after cheer-leading practice. They don't treat customers like they care about their business. Recently I got copies and they printed out some glossy shiny paper which I couldn't use and which they claimed was the color paper they always use unless the customer specifies otherwise (why would you have to specify you wanted the normal thin paper that 95% of the world uses?) So I asked them to print out 25 more copies on normal paper. They did but they charged me both times. Also a few years ago the owner was in his pajamas using the computer and was visibly annoyed I wanted to use the computer next to the door that is specifically there for customers to use. He made a big deal of having to sign out of his email account. I hope the $15 was worth it. Maybe you can use it to buy a clue how to run a business or put it towards a training seminar.

Employee came out to my car and carried the large box inside. The whole process took less than a minute. The staff is very friendly and helpful, 5 gold stars for sure.

They did such a great job on our save the dates, wedding invitations and Rsvp cards, everyone keeps asking where we got them done. Their graphic designer Debbie was awesome. Very professional, super prompt, and so easy to work with. We even sat at her computer to make sure we were on the same page! And the price was great. Why order it online from some random retailer, never talk to a person, for triple or more when you can stop by and get it done locally at the ups store! I'd recommend them to anyone!
