2 weeks later. Manager (Rj) still hasn't contacted me about the damaged furniture that I bought to "make the purchase right" they also still owe me $200 because the original transaction had a problem. I was made to swipe my card twice the first transaction was supposed to be refunded. Still hasn't happened. Anyone know how to get ahold of the cooperate office that's over Sayre store? Maybe they will make it right.

Haven't been treated with any respect by the one lady that's there hangs up on me and they've had a pc I've been paying on in for repair for a month and a half dont bother .

Very friendly and helpful. We were buying outright rather than renting. The item we wanted was not in stock so they immediately called another location and will have it picked up and delivered in 2 days. Customer service was spot on.
