This resort was clean. However, the air conditioning in the room was not working properly. The room was pretty stuffy. Overall the facility seems a little worn and dated. It ineeds to be spruced up and updated. On the plus side. the breakfast was good. We particularly liked the waffles and fresh fruit. A number of different choices spaciously laid out.

Im not much for leaving poor reviews however after reading the other reviews I felt a duty to buyer beware. I have no problem with older hotels. But cleanliness and care is what is lacking here! We felt dirty and uncomfortable our entire stay.

My husband had surgery at Guthrie Robert Packet Hospital and this was right off 17 & close to the hospital so very convenient. Very friendly & accommodating front desk clerks. We had a balcony room with a king bed & it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable & my husband is in a wheelchair & they made sure he was accommodated with the room & shower. Very quiet and nice place!

Ill give them a 5 Star even though I froze all night. In the morning, when I went to see where the barking was coming from that kept me up all night, It turned out my window was open hence me freezing 🙄 A discount would have been nice. Aside from that The room was clean the pillows are a little small. We made Waffles ❤ I would love to see an employee monitoring the Breakfast station to ensure the guests are following the "safety Clean hands" procedures and using the gloves you provided. One guest after us did not. I will stay again however I will bring ear plugs and my own pillow. My daughter & Granddaughter loved it. The pool was a perfect temperature. The staff was very friendly. Ps. If you like Wings Literally around the. Corner is House of Wings EXCELLENT! Try the Bavarian pretzel its huge! All in all, had my window been closed it probably would of been a fatastic stay. The rooms could use softer colors and an update but it was very nice.
