Very disappointed. So many ads saying there is an indoor heated pool, when in fact there is not. Had I know when booking, NEVER would’ve booked a stay here!

Positive: Room was very clean. I like that they provided full bottles of dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Negative: The floors are very thin, sounded like a heard of elephants above me. The hot water in the shower would go cold. I paid for and booked a KING suite and instead got 2 queen beds and no money back. No breakfast or pool.

Positive: The staff were helpful and patient. Rooms were clean. Negative: The elevator was dirty and there was foul smelling garbage in the halls. These were not cleaned at any point during our stay.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was dirty. Had cockroaches. Had ants. The room was never cleaned. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Moved to a hotel that was twice the price and I do not regret it because I will not stay in a dirty room.
