MY MERCEDES RIMS ARE RUINED! All I know is before I went through this Goo Goo car wash my 5 year old rims looked almost new. Several days later I looked at the rims in bright sunlight only to find them covered with thousands of scratches and finish blemishes, see the photos below. I filed a complaint over a month ago and even met with the district manager. Apparently they have decided to turn a blind eye to this old senior citizen.

This is my first time writing a review. In the past whenever I have had difficulty with customer service it usually gets resolved in a reasonable amount of time. However, this time it is not the case. On January 14th my wife took her brand new car to get it washed (she was a monthly member at the time) the end result was that the car wash ripped out part of her grill causing $900 in damage. She contacted the the employees at the car wash and filed a report and a claim. Max L emailed my wife on January 27th and he claimed the accounting department would be mailing a check the next morning to our repair shop. She subsequently sent emails on the February 10th, 14th, 17th, then emailed customer service on the 18th, 19th. Gabriel responded and apologized for the issue and was going to investigate he also stated the site manager was responsible for any claims. Then Liz responded and asked for location. We then emailed on February 21, 22, 25. We then got a call on the 28th and stated that the location will have to submit a W-9 for a payment to be sent out. On Monday March 7 my wife emailed and called customer service and they stated and was told to contact site manager and district manager. She called site manager and she stated she sent W-9 to Max L. We also sent an email to district Manager Hope F. and never received a response. She then emailed Hope and Max on March 10. We have yet to receive a response. It has now been 3 months without any resolution to this matter. Its unfortunate that it has taken this long we have used this car wash quite frequently and as stated was a monthly member.

Horrible car wash. Didn’t come close to clean. Vacuum not very strong. Did not completely rinse soap. Save your money

In my experience I have had hardly any problems. If not satisfied with my wash I can run car through again. I have 3 cars with the Monthly Premium which I think is a Great Value. Attendees are Friendly and Helpful! SUGGESTIONS: RIGHT SIDE at times doesn’t Wash very well. Needs Maintenance performed and checked daily! SPRAY BOTH SIDES with the Solution before entering wash! SPRAY All WHEELS before entering wash! SPRAY RUNNING BORDS on Both Sides with Solution before wash.

The attendant will give you one drying cloth when you go through. That is probably enough to do your windows and chrome but not much more. I would bring some drying cloths.
Yes they do i believe it starts at the 10 or 12 dollar wash
