You know when you were younger they played easy listening music in the elevators? Well... now I'm old & there is no elevator music in the elevator. They played my type of elevator music in the lobby & at the pool BUT not in the elevators!! I LOVED THE MUSIC BUT it needs to be in the elevator. I looked funny just standing in front of an open elevator singing. The rooms are really nice just really small. LOVE KAYLA!!!!!! (She's the 3rd floor maid)

Room was nice. We booked a 2 bedroom suite so we had plenty of space. The property was very clean & well maintained. Breakfast was hot but very basic, staff was friendly. Starbucks in the same parking lot is a plus. We will definitely stay again when in town.

I had a reservation for 8/25 and on that day I realized I didn’t need the room for that night so I called the hotel and spoke with someone to ask if they could change the reservation to 9/4/21. The person put me on hold and said I could change asked if I needed the same type of room and I said yes. Got to the hotel on 9/4/21 and was told I had no reservation. So the person flat out lied. Mind you it’s about 10:30 at night and I was extremely tired. They did not have any rooms of course and did not offer a refund. I spoke to the manager that night and let her know it sounded like she was the one I spoke with to change my reservation. Of course she said it wasn’t her. I will definitely continue to call their corporate office and provide my call logs so they can see where I called to change my reservation and was lied to about the change. These people have poor customer service and unfortunately I can clearly see the management is unprofessional. Make sure you have documents and names when they mess up your reservations!
