If you go, be sure to pay ahead!! I got quotes for $17 when I dropped off dresses. I what the option to pre pay, but I figured I would just pay when I picked up. When I came back, they tried to charge me $41! Thankfully I had my original receipt/quote, so when I showed them, they investigated and said it was initially put in wrong. So, to compromise, they took $10 off, leaving me with a $31 bill. I really don’t mind paying the value and am thankful they happily took the $10 off, but I also think that you should honor whatever price you initially promise..

I have used these cleaners in a limited capacity, mostly for the convenience and their location. However, I have received a few items back in worse condition than I dropped them off in. I could have done a better job myself. I will look for a better quality cleaner.

If you use Professional Cleaners in the Kroger shopping center, I would caution you to change dry cleaners. My wife dropped off items to be cleaned, including my suit jacket, slacks, dress shirt and a couple of dresses back in January. The clothing was then lost. Every time she has gone into check on them, they claim there is nothing in their system showing she dropped anything off. Unfortunately our claim ticket was misplaced, so we have no “proof”. She has never once been able to talk to the owner or store manager. I went in two days ago and got the same run around. I asked to speak to the owner or manager and was told by my the two women that their boss, Anthony, is never there. They copied my list of lost clothing and took my number. I’m still waiting for Anthony to call me and discuss my $600 worth of clothing. It’s no wonder they have multiple reviews on Yelp with only one star.

I brought in my comforter and when I got it back it was lumpy. Like, the stuffing has clumped together and, in other areas, it is thin (sheet to sheet thin)... Stupid me for thinking that they could wash and care for my comforter better than I could🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
