Our room was disgusting. The grounds of the property was even worse. I can say without hesitation this was the dirtiest property I have ever been to. No hot water, living room TV didn't work. Cigarettes all over the grounds even though this is a non smoking property. The stairs leading up to the rooms on the second floor were gross. Flies everywhere due to people just leaving bags of trash all over the place. Ada, who works there at the front desk was the lone bright spot as she worked with us to help right the wrongs that this property struggles with. To leave her alone without another staff member to deal with all of that is inexcusable. We ended up checking out early and she accommodated us with that. Ada, I thank you for all you did for us. You are an asset to Marriott and your management team should know how much you helped us. Thank you again.

I haven’t completed my stay yet however I am so impressed I cannot wait to write my review. My travel plans ended up getting messed up with a different hotel, so I had to last minute book with this one. Long story short I was having the worlds worst day/weekend before I checked in. The lady at the front desk was so wonderful & was so much help. I plan on going back to the lobby to get her name so I can write I more detailed positive review to management. The room is very clean, bed is comfy. They are very supportive of military personnel. You can never go wrong with a Marriott!

Rooms were smelly so they sprayed some fabric spray to cover it up. Curtains for the windows didn't open. Had to rewire the TV so it would work. Front desk service was good.

The hotel room was enormous, clean, up-to-date/well-maintained. The fire pit/pool area looked lovely, although we didn’t get to use it. The front desk staff was wonderful. The breakfast was a little light on options, but the potatoes with sausage were delicious! Great location for us, right off the interstate. We stop for the night on the way from Chicago to NH. I will definitely book here again— wish we could have stayed longer!
