If I could give a lower rating I would. The manager, (Kelsey I think is her name) was rude, careless and disrespectful. The item ordered did not come out how we expected at all (it was in a different language) we explained what was needed to be done and she said claimed she’s done this a million times before (dealt with other languages). She was instructed to kindly call before any finalization so we could make sure the wording was correct since it was not a language she is familiar. She did not do so and instead just guessed. When we expressed to her it was incorrect she replied “that’s not my problem”. This was a very sentimental gift for the family of a loved one who passed away not too long ago. This was the worst experience we have ever encountered in customer service. This woman does not need to be a manager at any store. Do NOT go to this store.

The store is extremely clean and easy to navigate. Kelsey is the store manager and engraved on site. She is extremely helpful and will do her best to get you exactly what you need. The store has a great selection of items for all occasions and multiple resources for creating a great message. This location also offers engraving on outside items.

No unfortunately not but if you bring your globe in and they have it in stock the store manager Kelsey will be happy to help you get it replaced and back to new 😁

Is it possible to get a glass swavorski mug engraved?

If you bring it in they will make sure it fits in the vice, and has an engravable surface. As long as it can be held, is valued under 300, and is not a family heirloom/firearm/knife blade/ bottle with liquid (perfume, wine, whiskey) they most likely will accept it.
