Renewed my passport this morning and Donna was A++. I was dreading going in thinking I’d be dealing with some grumpy unhelpful employee. Donna is the exact opposite - friendly, helpful, efficient. The USPS should be very thankful to have Donna! Thank you Donna!

Yesterday I dropped off two packages for overseas at the Center Valley, PA post office.. I received tracking numbers for both, but only one is listed in transit. Why isn't the other in transit.
