Had a great experience with Jax federal yesterday getting a loan for a new vehicle. STAY AWAY. Do. Not. Ever accept a loan from them. My family bought a new car in October provided insurance instantly to Jax Fed and for a total of 4 months they stated I never provided proof of insurance when I have emails showing each time it sent, there was an error on the declaration page but nobody bothered to say that from jax fed!!!!!! So now they want to tack on a $60000 insurance coverage when I have my own insurance because nobody could tell me what was wrong!!!!! Never ever want to deal with this company again better yet I am to the point of returning this car and they can have the loan back. Literally clown of a company!!!!!

It hits about 7am 1 day before you are expecting to get paid..that's what I dont like about them..like if your payday is Friday you will get paid 7am Thursday morning smh I thought you would have it available 12am but NOTTT!!! It makes no sense to me but you may like them when it comes to that..I hope that was helpful info to you😁

475-8000 will get you to our phone center. There are some after hour services for cards and telephone banking. We do open at 9am tomorrow morning.
Yes! Jax Federal members can deposit money orders at any JAXFCU ATM. Keep in mind, funds are not immediately available. Money orders are processed like a check and normal check rules apply. If the machine can’t read the check, then it may be rejected. You may wish to deposit the check via our night depository.
