Very disappointed for almost $200.00 per night. The front door is hard to open (Room 106). This is no deadbolt and the sliding glass door does not lock. The owner simply put a piece of round wood in the track, but did I mention it is 6” short allowing any small person to gain entry very easily. No ice machine, but you get a bag of ice and cooler to put it in. The best amenity is the fly swatter and believe me you’ll need to use it. All furnishings and decoration are from the 70’s/80’s. No clock in the room. The air conditioner sounds like a freight train and the shower sounds like a squealing pig with the water slowly spraying out. The linoleum is coming up from around the tub and the toilet must be flushed a minimum of 2 times. If you come here to sleep, good luck. There was a running toilet in an adjacent room that would sound off with water filling the tank and the loud crack of the pipe as it shut off. You get the picture by now so I won’t even go into the outside of the property, but the view is very nice. There is a very nice looking modern condo on the property that must be where the owner spent their money because the “resort” part of the property needs a major renovation. In fairness, our room was clean and the bed was some what comfortable. Stay far, far away from here as there are much better choices in the area. Very disappointed and fell like we were ripped off of 200 hard earned dollars. I’m sure the owner/manager will come back with something like “we can’t address these issues until we know about them”. To that I say the issues I pointed out are not new and if any employee from the staff paid attention they would be addressed. How uncomfortable it was sleeping in an unsecured room that I did speak directly to the lady in the condo office about. Her reply, “we’ll have someone look at that”. It was never addressed during our stay.

We stayed at the Condos several times this summer. These condos are horribly managed and I would not recommend staying there. Every trip had a different issue, Air Conditioning not working, washer and dryer not working, microwave not working, unable to check in on time. The units are very nice, but this association needs to hire a new management company so the units can actually function for the guests.

My boyfriend and I just recently stayed at the motel and the room was super nice. We were on the 2nd floor. The room was really clean. The view of the lake from our belcony was BREATHTAKING! Also, we saw the sunset a couple of times during our stay and it was beautiful. It is a very quiet area. Beds are super comfortable. We both enjoyed our stay. Definitely will be coming back again.
