There is always space at that time. $2 per car, per day. Overnight parking is technically not allowed, but I'm not sure if this rule is actually enforced.

They open at 5:00 am weekdays and open until 5 pm. I belive monday, wed and Fri they are open late.

1 hour stands true if you are taking bus early. I take 6:00 am bus and it rarely takes more than an hour. Buses after 6:52 am usually take much longer. Earlier the better. Good luck.
