I love this company for many reason..It has allowed me to better serve others and better understand the value of listening and being able and willing to find a better solution for any problem and not only find the better solution, but the best possible. Working here has shown me how stressful not only our jobs but the driver’s job can be so it has helped me be able to use critical thinking to make sure that everything runs smoothly and every is happy at the end of the day. It has also allowed me to be able to financially be in a better position to help and provide for my family.

This branch of Allied needs to get restructured. My guards are not being compensated for there work and I understand now why there is a new face in my building every so often. I would expect this from a small operation. However, from a 7 Billion dollar company this is terrible.

Not a good company to work for. They place workers at sites at a slow rate. Plus move workers around from site to site frequently. They treat veteran workers no respect. Also this company wants you to have no other jobs but this one.

Why can't somebody respond to or call back with answer to a simple question? Why do I always get "they're in a meeting"? Really?

Used to work as an Operations Manager with them. I can tell you from my own experience, they probably just aren't prioritizing you. I made an effort to put the needs of my guards ahead of my own and made nothing but enemies there. Same went for anyone else in a higher position who chose to stick up for the people who worked under them. They like to think they're "There for You" or on top of their game, but they aren't. Trust me when I say this, they will over work you and under-support you to the point where you quit.
