I personally as a business I do cleaning services for this community and several of my best clients live here. I love the atmosphere the people are very nice the HOA is great and I love servicing my clients here because the apartments are beautiful and they're always perfectly clean and well kept and I look forward to actually finding even more clients here, as I said some of my best clients live here and they're all outstanding clients they're very trustworthy they leave me their house keys without a problem and I've never had an issue with any client in this community. The units are very nice and So are the people.

Depends on the size. Larger places go for close to $400k while smaller start at about $240k
