The worst. Went in to seek assistance with an infant to be told to go to another location due to the fact they don't do anything in that office. It was the office located in East Brunswick. Why can't they update that on their website. As well as I don't understand why they have an office open and they aren't attending the people when that's what the Puerto Rican action board is about.

They never answer the phone. The customer service representative has you on hold for over 2 hours..the voice mail is always full. N9 one never calls you back. They take their time in helping you... The customer service is the worst, rude and not professional.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a joke. They don't answer the phones and they don't return calls. Let's not even start with the staff that has no clue on what there job duty is. Incorrect paper work work is given and then they state they never received it. They are a disgrace to the Hispanic community. They are supposed to be here to help not make situations worse for them. The majority of the people don't even have transportation and spend their last bit of money to go to the office. To just be turned away. Your office needs to do better. You are supposed to represent us (Hispanics). Instead you make us look like we are lazy, incompetent, and inconsistent people. It just seems to me that your office is a big joke and you take your day to day schedule as a joke and a paycheck. SMH
