AVA (new girl) at front desk is AMAZING she is soo polite, friendly, professional ! She helped me as much as possible and was awesome. She was upbeat and had a lot of patience she also made sure I found everything I was looking for before leaving. This girl is awesome. I think it was one of the managers in this place that were unhelpful and rude. One older lady wearing all black in the section with all of the prestige makeup was extremely unhelpful I asked her if she could find me a lip liner that was comparable to one that they didn’t have in stock and she said you have to wait a minute and walked away for me I was in there for about 15 minutes and I didn’t see her face again. Another manager I believe with colorful colored hair seemed STRESSED and not very approachable. Other than that this is a good Ulta. Thanks!

My daughter and I went to the Ulta Store on Route 18 in East Brunswick. My daughter wanted to get a straightener for her hair that would be easy to use as she is 13 years old. As soon as we got to the isle that the straighteners were in and started to look at them, one of their sales associates asked us if we were looking for a straightener. We said Yes. She told us she herself had recently purchased the Kristen ESS straightener and how easy it is and how much she loved it. So we purchased it as well. The associate who helped us recently moved here from I think Georgia (might have been Alabama) but she was BEYOND AWESOME. Not only is the straightener AMAZING but just like she had said it is super easy for my 13 year old daughter to use. We are grateful that Ulta employs such knowledgeable associates like her. She went above and beyond her job and we are extremely appreciative for her help. My only hope is that this Ulta associate is recognized for her help. We will try to go back and see if we spot her to thank her as well.
