Awesome service, selection, and expertise! T was my expert advisor and patiently educated me on boot options and we tried on several types and styles. Ultimately, the first two she brought out were the best and I settled on what she first thought would be best. Great ski equipment shopping experience!

Had a Scheduled appointment for new ski's, bindings, boots poles and accessories... "T" was absolutely fantastic. She updated me on the industry and what works best for my aggressive ski habit. I've been racing more than 20 years, and had been out of it for a while. I've been to more ski shops than I have grocery stores in my life... And this ski shop has it all...To include the expertise of the personnel. You can't ask for a better knowledgeable crew, with excellent customer service than this place. Highly Recommended.

Thank you for your question! Baltimore Ski Warehouse follows all CDC and State/local guidelines. In addition to other covid safety practices the key points are: Masks are required for both staff and customers. Appointments are required for fittings (shopping for skis/snowboards or boots). No appointments are required to browse or for service pickup/dropoff. For fittings you will have your own partitioned off area where a staff member will assist you. There is hand sanitizer in each partitioned area and in multiple places around the shop. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
Used boots are under 100, and the skis I just bought were 149. They also charge 25 to fit the boot to the ski. All total I would say be prepared to pay around 300. I'm sure if you have a price point they will do everything to stay close to it. Good luck! Their customer service is awesome!
For new ski installation flat mounts (skis need to be drilled and bindings affixed) it is $95. For a track system mount (where a track is preinstalled) it is $50. This includes the mounting of the bindings, adjustment for the user, a full binding test to ensure that the boot/binding system is functioning properly. We will need the skis, bindings, both ski boots, and the users’ height, weight, age, and skier type. We will need to inspect the items before taking them in for service to make sure all the parts are there, that they are compatible, and appropriate for the user (i.e. not junior equip for adult user, etc.). Typically it is a 5 day turnaround. If you need it done quicker please call/email in advance and we can try to make arrangements to do so. The binding test for skis which already have bindings installed, where we fit your boots to the bindings and then do a full release test is $25. Please call/email us for quickest response and up to date costs/turnaround times. Thanks!
