If I could give 0 stars, I would. VERY unprofessional. When I got to the front of the line, the lady at the front desk could not find my insurance, so she and I were discussing my next steps. An older woman came over and jumped loudly into our conversation and asked, "WOULD IT BE UNDER YOUR HUSBANDS NAME?" This was extremely unprofessional being as though she has absolutely no idea what my marital circumstances are, and the entire room could hear her. My husband could be deceased for all she knows, and it was rude on top of this to jump loudly into the conversation making random assumptions. After this, the older woman followed me around the store vigorously, as if I were about to steal something. At one point in time, I had to tell her that I was uncomfortable with her distance to me. There was entirely too much space in the room for her to be following me at arm's length. Employees taking smoke breaks standing RIGHT outside the building. We can see them. That is a personal leisure that should not be happening in front of paying customers. I always leave honest and sincere reviews, and this doctor was also extremely rude. He closed the door on me while I was clearly speaking. I cannot believe the experience I had here. I think this place needs to be evaluated for professionalism, employees and doctor included. I always go to America's Best in Towson. Their employees are very friendly, but I could not make it to that specific location at that time! Maybe some people from the Towson location would be able to re-train the people at the Glen Burnie location? Only a suggestion. I'm not sure what would fix the problem, but I have never had as bad an experience at an eye doctor as this one.

Your knowledge and expertise in the eye care industry helped to make sure that I received what I needed to maintain healthy eyes. The appointment was last minute, but I was still able to receive the necessary healthcare for my eyes in a professional manner. Thank you Brittany, and Allison for your support during my visit.

$79 for two pair of glasses is what you advertise. This is so far from the truth. Your glasses are as expensive as everyone else. I priced up Two pair and they were more than $600. You carefully craft misleading statements. I will never go back.

This place is ridiculous. My appointment was at 10:30 am and no one in there even knows what is going on. I had to ask them multiple times when I was going to get seen… there were multiple employees just walking around doing nothing. I wasn’t seen until 50 mins after my scheduled appointment time for my “pre screening” and when I asked the tech how long it would be until I saw the doctor she said I have no idea of exact minutes. Now an hour after my scheduled time and I’m not even half way through my exam. Then they told me I would have to pay an extra $25 for a picture of my eyes (which I’ve never paid for in past years with the same company). The doctor was cool but the rest of the place is a mess.
