I brought my bike in for a pedal repair. The tech who helped me was super helpful and fixed it quickly. Love that I didn’t have to leave my bike there. Thanks! Then he answered many questions and helped me understand more about biking. I then decided to buy a helmet and the young man, Niko who helped me with a helmet was very informative and patient and helped me pick the right helmet based on what I said I wanted. I’m sorry. I can’t remember the repair guys name. So sad because I’d like to mention him. Maybe a Paul was the tech? Sorry.

Gary Ball did a great job explaining EBike details to me. He was very patient and thorough. When I picked up my new bike a few days later Nick did a really good job of going through the details and operation of the various components of the bike. He also helped me install the new bike rack I purchased.

2nd brand new bike delivered very dirty & smudged. For “no extra charge” this black one came with a nice chip in the paint on the top tube I didn’t notice 2 days prior. Seat has a non removable blob of glue on it & post gets stuck once inserted about halfway. As a result, it’s almost as worn and scratched as the one from my last purchase back in 3/20, which had a imperfection in the frame I needed to file down after I noticed how destroyed the seat tube was. No, these aren’t $3000 bikes, they are about all I can afford for my kids though. It’s pretty disheartening and tough to feel good about buying an overpriced bike with reduced quality components, especially when it looks like it’s been treated roughly prior to my daughter even putting a leg over the seat. I also had a $10 off non expiring voucher from my last purchase that initially was not honored. I needed to bring it up again at pick up and defend myself like I was a liar just to get $10 off. Not happy at all, especially considering how this same helmet model I bought again still had a $79 price tag on it under the newer $89. Yes prices for new shipments went up from Specialized, this one was obviously purchased by you and put on a shelf for sale long before that increase. You STILL chose to upcharge your customers, just because you can. No where in a definition of “Ethical business practices” would you find support for your greedy business decision. Since I was a kid, I’ve been buying bikes from Erik’s. Things get worse every single time. I have been directly responsible for at least 6 purchases from you and at least another 7 indirectly through friends and my Ex-wife. I’m beyond unhappy with Erik’s and regret my endorsements of your business. Similar complaints have come from my family and friends. One of my friends even returned a bike over a paint chip that he did not notice prior to pickup, just like on my newest purchase. I’m guessing by business decisions already made that none of what I have just written truly matters to you. So, where am I supposed to get some touch up paint before I see my daughter next? Great decision to ponder on a new bike. Thanks

Employees were friendly and very helpful in answering my questions and giving me suggestions based on my needs. They were genuine and didn't seem pushy or make me feel like they just wanted to get a sale. I left feeling happy with my purchase. I will definitely be returning in the future!
