The worst dealership you can go to. I have dealt with the sales department, finance department and service department. I had a terrible experience with Winston, the finance guy. Lisa, my service advisor, has had me going back and forth for two months, keeping my car for up to 10 days at a time, for a job that could have been completed in two days. I went in to get my trunk door replaced on August 6, it is now October 6 and my vehicle is currently in the shop for the third time "getting fixed".

This place is amazing u want to say that Theresa is the best person here always gets it right unlike others on Sunday I recommend coming early that’s usually when they get it right on Sunday shift late at night they charged me two times and didn’t want to give me a refund but that was franchesco shift

We originally went to this dealership yesterday to purchase our leased Murano, but we were also open to the idea of leasing a new vehicle. We explained the situation to Henry, our salesperson, and he was very happy to have us test drive a 2023 Murano and a 2023 Rogue. We loved the new Rogue, and we were able to work with the dealership to obtain a payment that was reasonable and fair to us. Working with Henry was a total pleasure. He is highly knowledgable, professional and patient. He was respectful and listened to our concerns. We were also fortunate to work with Anton in financing, and Simon, the General Manager. They were both kind and understanding, and helped us reach a deal that led us to driving home in our beautiful new Platinum Rogue. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the time we spent there was quite a bit longer than we would have liked, but...unlike some other reviewers... I highly recommend working with this dealership! Thanks, again, guys!

Don't know much about that honestly i do know it's worth going to Nissan of Bayshore they are honest and you are in Great Hands they will help you with your car so go to them it's worth the trip!!!! And they treat you like Family and I like that the best!!!! So Goooooooo!!!!
