Our vacuum had broken. I needed a new one but it was about 6:30 pm and PC Richard‘was closing at 7 :00 pm I called them up and Julio kindly took the order over the phone and brought the product to the front of the store .I was there by 6:45 pm and Julio helped process the payment. Evan put it in the car for me. It’s this kind of customer service that made us happy customers for life!! Thank you to all of the people who were working,for being so friendly and helpful. Especially Julio for making it happen with such shot notice. We will be back again!!! Thanks so much!
