John was my FRIEND, no B.S. but he's changed as a person. One of his staff didn't like me, and forwarded her lie to John. Two days later, I received a letter saying I was no longer welcome in his practice. He was my FRIEND and abandoned me because of a lie. I fumbled for some time looking for another General Practitioner. He is a very good doctor. Who hurt me very, very deeply. That's my personal story. But again, he is a good doctor! Within two weeks I have gotten 4 Thumbs Up, to me that means I struck a nerve with John's current or former patients. His office response is laughable. Please contact us, we are sorry for the inconvenience! Yes, losing a friend is tough, and losing my Primary Doctor is an inconvenience! John not only lost me, but my wife (who worked with him at Southside) and my 3 kids. I called the P.R. person, just to have a laugh. Clueless.
