Questions & Answers

Is there a window (time limit, example: 1-2 hrs. That I can arrive without notice ) and wait to get unloaded/ loaded; or, drop/ hook?

While we would prefer they schedule a drop-off, if a truck arrives between 7:30am – 3:00pm, we will take care of receiving/unloading them. Would prefer they contact our office to schedule a time: 585-783-1455

Do they have a waiting/ staging area for tractor trailers ?

I'm not sure. I was sent there to recover 4missing pallets. It wasn't the biggest lot. The shipper company that sent me thete was lidestri which is about 2miles 1120 Lee rdq down the road. Now that place has plenty stage layover parking. That's where I had to park due to those missing items having to wait before they sent me over to qes.
