The confirmation email was not coming thru due to their server being down but (wish I got her name) was OUTSTANDING helping me out and did an "end run" around their system to prove it was indeed my purchase. Very helpful and daughter loved her new grips.

Yes it is for online ordering and then curbside pick up. Wait time is about 5 minutes. Roll down back window and they drop in your paid for selection.
Yes, but don't shop there, they have sold sportsmen/people out several times and then double backed on their word for money. Dishonest, betrayed how have also not honored coupons advertisements and warranties. Add hop a local mom and pop store, better all around.
I'd say about 9 or 10 pm. Call up Rock's Sporting goods on Google search to be sure.
