I highly recommend Simple Floor. They went above and beyond to help us track down lost shipment, execute replacement order, and procces return to manufacturer. After-sale service is where you can truly tell if the company cares about their customers. I am extremely grateful that Seth and team were very helpful and patient with us through out the entire purchasing process. They even helped us schedule pickup at the distribution warehouse to meet our contractor's schedule. I am truly grateful for the experience and their pricing is very reasonable! I will be returning to purchase flooring for the next house. Thank you!

Their bid was competitive, beating one, matching another, and just over another. I had a better experience with their estimator and then going in store I had a fantastic experience. John was amazingly knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. The install crew was great. Having a 100 year old house it’s hard to understand exactly how the install will impact the random nuances. But everything that doesn’t look like I expected is actually due to my house’s oddities and not their work; I mention since others may set their expectations accordingly that a new floor will not fix all adjacent areas like trim work.
