Bad experience, by protocol I had to take a covid test, I was sent to this place Very rude staff you can’t even ask them a question,the lady who performed the test hurt me so bad I even bleeds, I did the same test multiple times and different place I have no issue at all! I hope I have to never come back to this places!!

Showed up for routine blood work at 6 am on a Friday, was locked out with 20 other people until I left at 640. Only employee who showed up to work that day was a tech with no key to get in.

You don't need an appointment. They do walk ins. They open at 6 in the morning.
Yes they do ,but they require a script from the Dr.
I sure you can but it could be crowded. If you are a walk in it could be a long wait. On Wednesday its open till 7.

Yes, online registration is available. In fact we have an on-line app called LabFly that you can download to your phone at Northwell.edu/labfly. You can request an apt for a phlebotomist to draw your blood at home or work!!
