Moe and Toby have truly exceeded my expectations. Coming off of a horrifying, demeaning and explicitly duplicitous contract with Residenves @ Bentwood I was overcome with anxiety not knowing what to expect since the bar had been set so low by my previous rental experience, apprehension was my feeling to say the least That having been said, I cannot thank Moe and Toby enough for their understanding and patience. As a business owner, I know how important the human touch experience is and how treating every client the same; handling their needs with kid gloves can really make the glove heavy after enough use (get the drift)? These folks and this community is non political, non biased and definitely kid friendly. The kids matter and I know that Toby and Moe recognize this. The level of 🙏 respect is firm The level of professionalism is unprecedented The level of maintenance staff friendliness is profound. My level of appreciation and gratitude is certainly A1 and I know this community reciprocated both . Thank you Toby, Moe and Maintenance Crew for making life a little less difficult simply by caring.

Don’t live here yet but took a tour today with Moe and loved it. Quiet, clean neighborhood with the most friendly staff! Answered all of our questions and showed us a beautiful updated apartment! Definitely worth it with some of the other apartments we’ve looked at around here

0 stars, Morgan properties is rated F with the BBB - ensure you do your research before signing anything. Unprofessional, disrespectful, incompetent and condescending office staff. Maintenance and service requests are closed without any work performed. Moe Jenkins(leasing agent in office) rolls her eyes, smirks and scoffs/laughs when you speak with her - I have this on video. The property manager is never available despite her car is onsite everyday - the leasing agents in the office do not let you speak with the manager to top it off and are rude, unkind, unhelpful and hate when a resident inquires for anything(I have documented incidents to back this up). They also lie and fraud lease documents, noise complaints, and they ignore and close your requests as I stated then when you inquire they lie in plain eye sight to distort reality and say you are being aggressive - both Moe, the property manager Toby and the pregnant leasing staff woman who I dont know her name all play this mind game and tell corporates you were aggressive - however to their surprise I have the encounter on video and their claims are fraudulent! corporate refused to call me and despite my treatment, along with the hundreds of documented incidents from numerous tenants through morgan properties, speak on the same treatment - this is why you need to do your research and you will see each person is saying the same claims of office staff treatment between all of their complexes so there is your proof this is a theme with Morgan properties. Also most importantly don’t allow them to overcharge you for a 1br 1 den and blame it on inflation FYI I moved in at $1050 , 4 years later I’m at $1240 and I’m sure they didn’t renew my lease because my unit is selling way north of $1600 monthly. So here’s a little insight of what to expect here, taking advantage of people and the pandemic.
