If you are trying to find a place to move in quickly, skip this place. They will use weird and unethical pricing tactic to increase prices of units you are intersted in and blame it on the "system". The senior management lacks ethical ways to deal with these situations. I was trying to contact the property management at Mill Grove to obtain a final quote for an apartment. I could not get in touch with until 2-3 days later and that took multiple emails and more than 10 phone calls. By the time, I could get in touch the prices increased by $50/month on that apartment, after I had shown serious interest in the property. Not just once but the same scenerio keeps on repeating here. The one saving grace is Sahabat who is amazing person at MG and will help you with all the info you need.

Lot of mouse coming in everyday. We are using trap and mostly those are getting trapped. We are paying so much rent however the property is poorly maintained. Inspite of complaining multiple times no proper actions taken so far.

It's Dec11th 2020, I am working from home and just about to start a presentation to my client. All of a sudden they started this machine outside with such enormous noise that I could not continue with the presentation. I called the management office and complained. They simply said that this will continue and they cant stop it. I have the whole activity recorded and uploaded on youtube and can present it if required. This is common here. This is just an example. Without any notice, the management deploys lawn cutters, lawn mowers, and wood chippers during office hours. In this pandemic, people who are working from home find it extremely difficult to work.

1. They say they have a pool and Gym. This year (2022) the pool is closed most of the days due to the non-availability of lifeguards (that's their excuse). 2. Many residents did not receive the pool tag, which they say they have delivered. Now they are asking $10 for a pool tag. Nice way to loot people. 3. They are pasting stickers in parked cars that are out of state and emission inspection is due and they would tow away the car if not done immediately. My question to all viewers is - do they have the authority to do this? 4. They have a good maintenance crew and all maintenance orders are attended to quickly. But that comes with a heavy rental price, which they increase every year. They have increased the rent even during the pandemic for the last 3 years.
