David Peyser's Clothing dumps you onto CSR's in the Philippines who refuse to help. The CSR lied repeatedly stating the order shipped when they have no tracking number, no manifest number, no date of being tendered to the carrier, and unable to disclose shipping method. They refused to cancel the order as well. AVOID.

Don’t expect to receive your order in time… What’s the point of offering express shipping if it takes them 3+ days (so far) to ship the order out… Terrible logistics and customer service doesn’t really seem to help at all

Confirmations are emailed over immediately after orders are placed. It's possible it has gone to spam or a different email address! Please reach out to customer service for assistance locating your order. They can assist by updating your email if there does happen to be a typo.
We do not advise that you dry clean our products. Our website lists every jacket and their care instructions under the product features, so we suggest cross referencing the product that you have with what is listed on our website. For our Down and Poly-Fill Outerwear, we suggest washing separately on cold in a gentle cycle. Use non-chlorine bleach only, do not iron, and do not dry clean. We also advise tumble drying your product on low with a tennis ball to keep the fill from clumping up.
Standard shipping is $5. If your order is $32 or more, then standard shipping is free!

Click on the shopping bag in the upper right corner of your screen 4. A window on the right portion of your screen will appear with your bag contents. Click proceed to checkout. 5. Use the slider on the right side of your screen, to your desired amount you are eligible to redeem. Click the red adjust discount button. 6. The discount is automatically applied to your order!
