I am not Acf certified, but the Cia is,upstate NY I went to the school in 1984,and I graduated in 1984. My first job was at the Helmsley palace on Madison Avenue, as Chef de Partie,Garde Manger Banquets.Then,like now it is 5 star 5 diamond. I worked under Executive chef Andre Renee. What I would do would be to go visit them on Madison Avenue to verify the company, as I am a Nam vet United States army,honorary discharged, with 2 commendation from 2 4 star Generals.I was in signal corp.First at Fort Gordon in Georgia, then in Germany to Echo Company. 67 Signal battalion DONT BELIEVE THEM IS MY ADVICE TO YOU.
