They explained the work required and gave me discounts were possible. They let me know how long the repairs would take and they called me when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. What a great experience I had today! I just moved to NY, and had a lot of questions. The staff were patient and kind to explain what I needed for my SUV. They were friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to be there while they worked on my car. The waiting area was neat and clean. I feel like a QUEEN! The pricing was great too. I needed a NYS inspection done before I went out of town and my appointment was cancelled the day of at a different shop. I frantically called Mavis and got Dan who told me I could come in any time. I'm a bit of a spring chicken and Dan was so friendly and non-judgmental answering all my questions upon arrival. I really appreciated his personability on top of his attentiveness and professionalism. The whole process was as smooth as it could get. My car was inspected and I was able to leave for my trip on time, as planned, thanks to Mavis!
