We stopped in for lunch. Stacey took excellent care of us. She is the personification of great customer service. Oh yeah, the food was pretty good too.

Not up to the usual higher standard for this national chain. Salad was okay, the burgers that used to be great are maybe ever your best, and the one reason I used to come there was for their steak fries, which were not that good at all. Think covid pandemic really hit this location hard. Would say the service staff was very good, very personable, very attentive so in that aspect I give them a B+

the wait was horrendous. we’ve been here for and hour and five minutes and they messed up our order twice. please note we were dealing with a gluten allergy, and being curbside, and yes they were trying they’re best but.. we asked for a gluten free tavern burger, because that is what they suggested when we asked for two plain patties, yes we do realize it’s an odd request but we did reinstate this multiple times. they came out with a tavern burger with cheese and the bun, after asking for no bun as well. then with the milkshakes we ordered, we got a chocolate milkshake and asked for it to be gluten free, but there were several oreo chunks inside the milkshake. the multiple trips plus the wait was long and unnecessary.

Fantastic. Food came out hot, tasty and a nice Waiter named Andy. A nice way to spend Valentine's day with my husband. Only down side, we were seated by the kitchen. It wasn't horrible though. They were so busy and got us in under the hour wait!
